Fire Fighting Systems
- Calculated Exit Width Requirements providing up to 1750 sqm of clearance for high-occupancy areas.
- Strategically planned Egress Travel Paths and Required Exits to ensure maximum travel distances do not exceed safety limits (e.g., 20.62 sqm and 14.79 sqm in specified zones).
Electrical LV & ELV Systems
- Design and installation of power distribution for office equipment, kitchen appliances, and residential needs
- Integration of lighting and communication networks for the administrative offices.
Mechanical & Plumbing
- Specialized Ventilation and Air Conditioning for the Multipurpose and Legacy Halls.
