Mr. HAY Nophen is the visionary leader and Managing Director of JT M&E Engineering Co., Ltd. An alumnus of the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (Techno), he holds a dual expertise in Electrical and Networking Engineering, bringing over 11 years of deep technical and leadership experience to the firm.

Before establishing JT M&E, Mr. Nophen built a distinguished career managing large-scale, high-complexity projects in collaboration with high-rise buildings. His notable portfolio includes:

• He led the comprehensive MEP system design and installation, overseeing everything from MV, LV, ELV, HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting to advanced automation integrations.
• He was instrumental in the design, budget approval, and technical installation of complete MEP systems for premium hospitality developments.
